Dear Hotel Guest!

“Favourite Guest” Loyalty Program is offered for your participation. The program provides an opportunity to accumulate bonuses, receive pleasant gifts and amenities.

For corporate clients:
1 bonus for each 100 hryvnias spent at any Hotel zone(bar, restaurant, rooms, conference–service) will be credited to your personal account.

For individuals:
1 bonus for each 75 hryvnias spent at any Hotel zone(bar, restaurant, rooms, conference–service) will be credited to your personal account.

The list of services for bonuses charge shall be specified with the Receptionist. In confirmation of your participation, please fill in the Questionnaire and provide it to the Receptionist for registration. Hereon, your numbered Participator Card attached to the Program will be activated.

Bonuses of the “Favorite Guest“ Program

The accumulated bonuses may be used at your discretion on the following services:

  • Free use of the Meeting Room (8 hours) – 250 bonuses
  • Provision of a higher category Room (upgrade) * - 200 bonuses
  • The Certificate for Lunch/Dinner at Terrace Restaurant ** - 300 bonuses (lunch), 500 or 1000 bonuses (dinner)
  • 30% discount for carrying out a business events of any scope*** - 400 bonuses
  • Free accommodation **** - 500 bonuses

* Provision of a higher category Room depends on rooms availability.
** It is shaped as a Gift Certificate. Early reservation of the table is obligatory. Alcoholic and soft drinks are not included in the Certificate cost and shall be paid by the Guest additionally.
*** This discount is allowed only for corporate clients.
****Free accommodation (provision of a standard category Room: a Double Superior Room for 2 persons including two breakfasts for 1 UAH) is provided on the Rooms availability at the time of Room booking and preliminary coordination with Front Office Service. It is shaped as a Gift Certificate for accommodation.
